Refund and Cancellation Policies:
Items that are new, unopened or defective may be returned to us via mail to 7932 Plathe Rd, New Port Richey, FL 34653 within 14 days of purchase for a refund less shipping cost. Each item must be returned in its original packaging. Items that have been used by the customer are not eligible for a refund. Once we have received the returned item, a refund will be issued within 4 weeks.
Cancellation of an order item can only occur by calling 1-888-848-4729 M-F between 8:30a.m. - 4p.m. EST. Although you may leave a message for a returned call when our office is closed, to effectively cancel the order please speak to one of our representatives directly.
